JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Healing Canna is a distinguished Medical Dispensary currently looking for full-time team members. Competency and ability to learn is required, experience is not. We serve the greater Colorado Springs area and are widely renowned for our clean, professional atmosphere, our large assortment of innovative products, and our friendly, knowledgeable team. We are seeking talented professionals who are outgoing, energetic, and reliable, to join our team of superstars! The ideal candidate will be a multitasking master that radiates positivity and exudes professionalism. You must also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be highly adaptable to frequent changes.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- Receptionist
- This is NOT a grow/cultivation position or steppingstone to a grow position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities or qualifications associated with the job. Specific job assignments may include some or all of the following:
- Meeting, greeting, intaking and processing patients at the reception desk.
- Answering phones, processing, and filing paperwork.
- Assist patients with paperwork in regard to obtaining their medical card and/or member sign-over.
- Maintain knowledge of, and answer questions about products provided by Healing Canna LLC.
- Receive and verify inventory orders from 3rd party vendors.
- Support proper handling of confidential patient information.
- Maintain and support a clean, organized work environment. This includes bathrooms.
- Operate honestly and ethically with strict adherence to all City and State Laws, Rules and Regulations.
- Provide support to the entire team as necessary and perform all other duties as assigned.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent and professional customer service concepts and practices.
- Organization, time management, multi-tasking and problem solving.
- High level of motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Reporting and information management skills.
- Properly navigate standard software programs, as well as industry specific platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Must have MED badge
PAY RATE:
- Starting rate is $13.50/hourly.
- All employees also receive a portion of our Tip-Share program which typically equates to an additional $0.70 - $1.00 per hour in tip wages in addition to the hourly wage posted above.
