Oregon Licensed Mental Health Counselor Therapist(Lpc, LCSW, LMFT )
OREGON Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Health Allies Counseling is a small group practice in Portland, Oregon providing teletherapy and in person services to clients in need of mental health services. Our clients are low to mid acuity, often dealing with chronic stress or trauma as a component of their care. We currently have an opening for a part to full-time (21 - 28 clients per week) therapist. Applicant should be a Licensed Professional Counselor or similar (LMFT, LCSW, etc.) or a post-graduate intern (CSWA or Professional Counselor Associate). The individual will provide ongoing counseling services to individuals within your desired areas of specialty. (Pay listed is based on a full-time schedule for a licensed therapists; intern level is offered at 66-75K per year full time.) Providers may choose to provide telehealth from a home office or in one of our office locations. Providers may also choose to provide some in-person sessions if desired, but not required. Providers may choose their own work schedule Preferred candidates will live in Oregon, however, they may live in either Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones with an Oregon license. Responsibilities: • Client-centered orientation to therapy - warm personality and a flair for acceptance and validation of clients' experiences • Experience with and passion for working with people who have difficulties due to the existence of trauma in their lives. • Interest in naturopathic support, mindfulness, and other alternative therapies for mental health • Interest in bringing your own passion to the work in specialty areas, client groups, approaches, etc. of your own choosing • Certification/training in EMDR, somatic therapies, family systems or other trauma therapies is a plus • Interest in serving special populations is a plus but not required, for example, people under 18, LGBTQ+, non-English speaking, or POC clients. • Interest in being part of a small, personable group practice with around 25 staff members. • Interest in a supportive team environment with a focus on work-life balance Qualifications: • Licensed as a therapist (or post graduate intern) in the state of OR, or ability to gain license (May live outside of Oregon if candidate has an Oregon license and is in one of the following timezones: PST, MST or CST) • LPC, LMFT, LCSW, CSWA and Professional Counselor Associate all considered • Willingness to see 21 or more clients per week • Clean background check • No active complaints with your governing board • Ethically sound • High level of professionalism Compensation: $80,000 - $127,000 yearly
