About the Role:

THE CHASE CONSULTING GROUP is seeking a skilled and driven Health Care Attorney to join our team in Alexandria, VA. Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal counsel on health care regulatory compliance, policy, and transactional matters

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to health care operations

Advise clients on federal and state health care laws, including HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulations

Conduct legal research and analysis on emerging health care legislation and regulatory changes

Represent clients in administrative proceedings, investigations, and disputes with regulatory agencies

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compliant health care strategies

Monitor and interpret changes in health care law to proactively advise clients on risk mitigation

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Active bar membership in Virginia or eligibility for admission

3+ years of experience in health care law, regulatory compliance, or a related practice area

Strong knowledge of federal and state health care regulations, including HIPAA, CMS, and fraud and abuse laws

Experience with health care transactions, provider agreements, or government investigations preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
