Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door or call our office.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check patients in and out in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries or route calls appropriately
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using our scheduling software
Verify and update patient information in the system
Collect co-pays and handle basic billing or insurance questions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Handle administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, scanning, email)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred (medical or dental office a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Comfortable working with scheduling and patient management software
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
