    Must be comfortable commuting between locations, which are approximately 25 minutes apart. Will report to the RBC Fleet Office on Thursdays or as needed.

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide occupational health and case management support in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have critical care experience along with occupational health or case management experience and strong assessment, adaptability, and customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide professional nursing and case management support.
    • Assess employee health needs and provide appropriate follow-up and coordination.
    • Support work-related injury, illness, and exposure reporting.
    • Apply clinical judgment and critical thinking when assessing cases.
    • Coordinate care and communicate effectively with employees, providers, and internal teams.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
    • Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive health-related situations.
    • Adapt to changing priorities and clinical needs.
    • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.

    On-Call Responsibilities

    • Participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation approximately every 4 weeks.
    • Provide support for work-related injury, illness, or exposure reporting during assigned on-call periods.
    • Candidate must understand and be comfortable with the on-call requirements.

    Required Qualifications

    • Registered Nurse degree.
    • Critical care experience required.
    • Occupational health or case management experience required.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
    • Willingness to commute between the designated Baltimore locations.
    • Willingness to participate in the rotating 24-hour on-call schedule.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
    • Experience in occupational health, employee health, or workplace injury management.
    • Case management experience.

    Team Structure

    The position will work as part of a 4-person clinical team, consisting of:

    • Nurse Manager
    • Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
    • Two Full-Time Staff Nurse Case Managers

    Additional Information

    This is a hybrid, full-time contract position with an initial 12-month assignment and an expected potential duration of up to 24 months. Candidates should be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working across both designated Baltimore locations and participating in the established on-call rotation.
