Job Description
The HCP Process & Systems Manager is responsible for supporting Treace interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by overseeing and managing processes related to these interactions. The role ensures compliance with relevant regulations, optimizes operational workflows, and aligns activities with the company’s objectives and Medical Education program goals.
Key Tasks:
HCP Engagement Management
Compliance and Documentation
Process Optimization
Collaboration and Alignment
Event Support and Logistics
Compliance Committee Approvals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related fields is strongly preferred; in lieu of degree, HS Diploma plus minimum of 7 years Medical Education, event planning, or project coordination experience required
Minimum of 5 years of combined Professional Education program/event management, Sales & Marketing, project management or related experience required
Experience with event planning and HCP admin software including Quickbase, CVENT, MedCompli, or similar required.
Experience collaborating with external vendors and partners required
Availability for domestic travel (10-20% of the time) to support engagements
Previous medical device experience in the Orthopedic/Foot & Ankle market space preferred
