JOB SUMMARY
Client Consultation: Guiding clients through their wellness journey, from initial consultation to ongoing care. You’ll coordinate with our medical team and the client to ensure treatment protocols are implemented and followed.
Sales and Closing: Effectively presenting treatment options developed by our medical team, addressing client concerns, and closing sales on new and existing clients.
Building Relationships: Establishing rapport with clients, providing excellent customer service, and fostering long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meeting Sales Goals: Achieving individual and team sales targets by promoting services and products.
Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of all Relive treatments and their benefits. You'll leverage your expertise in hormone therapy, regenerative medicine, and IV therapy to drive revenue through relationship-based sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience
• Conduct consultations and coordinate with our medical team to develop personalized wellness plans
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
Sales & Marketing
• Drive revenue through strategic upselling and cross-selling
• Represent Relive at community events
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of all services and products
• Meet or exceed sales targets
Operations • Manage client scheduling and resource allocation
• Maintain accurate documentation in practice management systems
• Monitor supply inventory and medication flow
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Support team training and development
QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma required (Bachelor's preferred)
• 1+ year relationship-based sales experience (medical/HRT experience ideal; fitness sales favorable)
• Fundamental knowledge of and interest in hormone therapy, peptides and adjunct services
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellence in client relationship management
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
