JOB SUMMARYAs a Front of House Concierge, you'll be the first experience our clients have of Relive Health Coral Gables, managing patient experience from check-in to check-out. You'll maintain high standards of professionalism while coordinating patient care, scheduling, and clinic operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide exceptional patient experience through professional greeting and communication
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize provider time and patient satisfaction
• Maintain accurate patient records and process payments
• Coordinate with medical team for smooth patient flow
• Handle inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Utilize practice management software effectively
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-up
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience required
• Medical office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Clear background check
