Spa 23 is a family-owned health club with over 46 years of experience, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where members feel empowered to achieve their fitness goals. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Member Services Coordinator to join our team and help our members succeed.

Schedule

This part-time role requires availability during the following shifts:

Monday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Friday: Off

Saturday: Off

Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

Base hourly pay plus commission — your efforts are rewarded. The more you engage with members and generate sales, the more you can earn.

This structure provides financial stability plus unlimited earning potential, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and building relationships.

Responsibilities

Sell club memberships, summer camp programs, swim school, and other club services

Welcome and orient new members to ensure they feel supported and confident using the club

Follow up with prospective and current members via phone and email

Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and prospecting

Assist members with questions, account inquiries, and general customer service needs

Perform administrative duties including billing calls, reactivation calls, and account updates

Respond to online reviews and maintain positive member engagement

Create and assist with email blasts, promotions, and member communications

Build strong relationships with current and prospective members to help grow the club community
