  • Responsibilities

    As a Senior Data Analyst, the problem-solving and solution development work you do will make a difference in patients’ health. You will work with a high-powered team of data analysts to develop strategies and tools to improve and measure health outcomes for individuals. The solutions developed will help drive Health Dialog’s personalized outreach programs and support our clients’ goals.

     

    WHAT DOES A SENIOR DATA ANALYST AT HEALTH DIALOG DO?

    • Monitors and assesses the performance of Health Dialog’s population health management and medication adherence programs through data analysis

    • Combines and analyzes data, sometimes from disparate sources, using code and data visualization tools

    • Summarizes analysis results in clear, succinct ways to enable understanding by senior-level audiences internal and external to Health Dialog

    • Identifies specific at-risk populations and patients and develops analytic strategies for addressing identified trends and improving outcomes

    • Researches problems and develops new solutions as part of a collaborative team

    Required Experience

    The Qualifications for a Senior Data Analyst role at Health Dialog:

     

    • 3-5 years of analytics experience, preferably in the healthcare field

    • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; pursuit or attainment of a Master’s Degree preferred

    • Experience coding in at least one of the following languages: SAS, SQL, Python, or R
