    Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare IT Business / Data Analyst with Project Management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for eliciting requirements for a data dashboard, designing the prototype, and managing the delivery.

    There is a requirement to predominantly work on the client site. There is a possibility of hybrid remote work with at least two (2) days on-site per week.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform project management duties such as scheduling, scoping and planning, monitoring and control of projects
    • Identify and manage key stakeholders
    • Document Health Department Information Technology (IT) business processes including designing business process templates
    • Lead efforts to engage with customers for the identification and collection of data used for reporting
    • Meet with key stakeholders to elicit business requirements
    • Lead effort, in conjunction with Data Engineer, to design and implement database models for visualization
    • Develop proof of concept visualizations using Power BI
    • Use the existing Agile methodology to manage development of work items
    • Conduct story grooming sessions to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
    • Perform stakeholder management for smooth project delivery and team collaboration
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with the team to mitigate them
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 5- 10+ years experience
    • Hands-on experience with health information systems, data analysis, report generation and communicating requirements to management
    • Department of Health - Behavioral Health experience highly desired
    • Knowledge of business reporting
    • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience for a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations management, or a related field
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), or Project Management Institute Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA))
