Position Overview
We are seeking In-Person Health Insurance Agents to meet with clients virtually, provide expert guidance, and help them secure the right coverage.
We are open to:
- Licensed agents ready to produce immediately
- Motivated individuals who need to obtain their license (we guide you through the process)

What You'll Do
- Meet with clients in person to assess healthcare needs and coverage options
- Educate individuals and families on:
- ACA health plans
- Private health insurance
- Medicare options (when applicable)
- Supplemental products (dental, vision, etc.)
- Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend personalized solutions
- Assist clients through the application and enrollment process
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and referrals
- Deliver a high level of service aligned with a client-first philosophy

Who We're Looking For
Licensed Agents
- Active Health Insurance License (preferred)
- Experience in ACA, private plans, or Medicare (a plus)
- Strong communication and closing skills
Unlicensed Candidates (We Train You)
