Supervisor, Clinical Laboratory Operations - Acute Care Labs
POSITION PURPOSE
Reporting to the Director of Technology and working closely with credit union executives and staff, the Lending Systems Analyst supports the execution of Fortera’s lending strategy through the administration and management of consumer, commercial, real estate lending and account resolutions systems. This position is the subject matter expert focused on creating and implementing new processes, managing product modifications, and ensuring proper integration exists between all lending and enterprise systems. This role will use independent judgment, tact, and initiative to advise lending management, IT, and vendors.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.
REPETITIVE MOTION:
Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
AVERAGE VISUAL ABILITIES:
Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery.
PHYSICAL STRENGTH:
Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally. (Almost all office jobs.)

MENTAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to deal with a variety of variables under limited standardization. Able to interpret various instructions.
MATHEMATICS ABILITY:
Ability to perform basic math skills and to use decimals to compute ratios and percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to read a variety of books, magazines, instruction manuals, atlases, and encyclopedias. Ability to prepare memos, reports, and essays using proper punctuation, spelling and grammar. Ability to communicate distinctly with appropriate pauses and emphasis; correct pronunciation (or sign equivalent) and variation in word order; using present, perfect, and future tenses.
Required Experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
College degree in computer science or related field preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or computer related experience.
Microsoft, SQL Server, or other professional certifications preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Understanding of financial institution operations and information needs.
Thorough understanding of the loan origination process, preferably real estate lending origination.
Working knowledge of business software applications.
Fundamental understanding of technology and systems integration.
Jira or Confluence experience a plus.
Project Management experience highly preferred.
Knowledge of these systems preferred: Jack Henry Symitar Episys, CRIF ACTion, MeridianLink Loans PQ, Finastra MortgageBot, Servicing Director, and Temenos Akcelerant preferred.
Working knowledge of SQL programming and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of two years of experience in a financial environment with a background focused in lending (origination, processing, servicing) preferred.
One year of computer related experience, preferably in a financial environment.
