Job Description
The Health Services Administrative Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the Health Services Department and performs a variety of advanced administrative support functions and activities for the Health Services Director. The Health Services Administrative Assistant represents the company in a professional and positive manner to enhance and promote the core values and mission of NATIVE HEALTH, always exercising the utmost discretion, diplomacy, and tact in customer interactions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manages and maintains schedule for Health Services Director (HSD).
- Manages the flow of communication to the Health Services Director (HSD).
- Ensures office and clinical supplies are adequate for efficiency of operations.
- Prepares and formats information for internal and external distribution.
- Navigate and establish company records and EHR (Electronic Health Record)
- Supports the organization as needed.

- Organized and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient use of computer software including Microsoft 365, Microix, NextGen EHR, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to prioritize and manage effective multiple projects.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Culturally competent; able to work with a diverse workforce and client population.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be professional in demeanor, dress, and presentation.
