    ABA Squad is hiring a full-time Health Services Coordinator to support our client intake and authorization process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with families, insurance verification, and healthcare/ABA documentation.

    This position is a key part of our onboarding process and helps move new referrals from initial caregiver inquiry to assessment and therapy authorization.

    Schedule & Pay

    Full-time

    $23–$26/hour, based on experience, plus Bonus opportunities

    Hybrid schedule

    Work from home: Mondays & Fridays

    In office: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

    What You’ll Do

    Answer caregiver calls and guide families through the intake process

    Collect and document intake information for new referrals

    Send intake packets and consent forms to families

    Follow up with caregivers on incomplete paperwork, missing signatures, and pending documents

    Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for new referrals

    Request and track initial assessment authorizations and therapy authorizations

    Maintain accurate records in company systems and intake tracking tools

    Follow up with families and insurance companies to keep cases moving forward

    Complete monthly eligibility checks and annual benefits verification for active clients

    What We’re Looking For

    Experience in healthcare intake, insurance verification, authorizations, ABA administration, medical office administration, or a similar role

    Strong phone, follow-up, and customer service skills

    Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open cases

    Experience working with commercial insurance and/or Medicaid

    Strong organizational and documentation skills

    Comfortable learning and using multiple systems, spreadsheets, and payer portals

    ABA, pediatric therapy, or behavioral health experience is a plus
