    Job Description

    Health Source Group, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, driven Healthcare Staffing Coordinator/Account Manager to join our growing, positive team!

    Role Responsibilities:

    • ACCOUNTS AND CLIENTS: Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and new clients in assisted care, nursing homes, medical practices, hospitals, school districts and other professional organizations.
    • RECRUITING AND SOURCING: Utilize different platforms in order to generate new leads and build new relationships, which will build our field provider list and help fill all client needs.
    • Assist BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Team with assigned tasks related to increasing revenue
    • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified healthcare professionals to help build the firm.
    • Work with senior leadership on various projects and display leadership in the office.
    • Initiate and support business development projects and initiatives.
    • Play an active role in being an important contributor to client success.
    • Ensure that the staffing service is running smoothly and client satisfaction is achieved.
    • Meet and exceed billable hours goals.
    • Manage the on-call line for one week every seven to eight weeks.

    The position may also call for visiting clients from time to time with the Business Development Team. We seek a highly energetic person with stellar interpersonal skills to increase company revenue and meet and exceed proposed targets. The prospective candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills.

    PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related;
    • 1+ year Recruiting, Staffing, Scheduling, and Account Management Experience;
    • Healthcare and Education Staffing Industry Knowledge (staffing for schools, nursing homes, etc.);
    • 1+ year Business Development Experience;
    • 1+ year Sales Experience

    SKILLS:

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF COMPANY SERVICES, TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS, COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL RELATION SKILLS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
