Schedule & Environment • Fixed but flexible schedule • 4–8-hour morning shifts • No evening requirements • No sales or marketing responsibilities; management handles all lead generation. Responsibilities: • Perform fitness assessments and customize training routines to assist clients in reaching goals while staying within their current physical capabilities. • Closely monitor and adjust client programs based on data and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. • Decrease injury risk by teaching appropriate techniques on all exercises and specialized equipment. • Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment in accordance with health club standards. • Build lasting relationships through excellent communication and a guest-focused mentality. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer certification. • Foundational background in fitness or training principles with an eagerness to learn and grow. • Customer service experience with a client-focused mentality. • Interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with the team. • Time management skills and the ability to maintain a structured, professional environment. Compensation: $18 - $22 an hour
