    Burn It Build It Fitness is a fast-growing, strength-focused training studio known for delivering high-energy group classes, personalized one-on-one coaching, and results-driven nutrition support. We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to help them achieve meaningful, lasting results. You’ll lead engaging group training sessions, coach private clients, and design customized programs tailored to individual goals. Beyond coaching, you’ll play an active role in growing the business by building relationships, supporting member retention, and contributing to sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Group Fitness Instruction: • Lead high-energy, results-driven group classes that incorporate a variety of training methods to keep members motivated and engaged. Prioritize proper technique and movement quality while offering clear progressions and regressions to meet all fitness levels. Personalized Coaching: • Provide individualized one-on-one training sessions tailored to each client’s goals, limitations, and priorities. Leverage expertise in strength training, conditioning, and functional movement to deliver safe and effective results. Monitor client progress, adjust programming as needed, and celebrate key milestones to maintain momentum and accountability. Professional Growth: • Stay up to date with evolving industry trends, research, and best practices in strength and performance training. Actively pursue continued education through certifications, workshops, and training opportunities. Collaborate with fellow coaches to share knowledge, refine coaching methods, and continuously improve the client experience. Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience in strength training, functional movement, and delivering engaging, high-quality group fitness sessions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with clients of all backgrounds and fitness levels • Skilled in scaling and modifying exercises to accommodate varying abilities, goals, and physical limitations • Previous experience in a fitness studio, gym, or similar training environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field strongly preferred Compensation: $40,000 - $75,000 yearly DOE
