    Position Overview: This is an hourly plus commission role! And rotating weekends are required. Our ideal candidate shall have a dynamic personality and a burning passion for overall wellness and recovery. Must have high energy and be ready to attend to guests immediately upon arrival. The Health and Wellness Specialist should be action oriented, proactive, customer service driven, ambitious, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours a week with a flexible schedule including evenings and rotating weekends.

    • Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training.

    • Maintain good time management skills, good judgement, and ability to multi-task.

    • Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.

    • Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.

    • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals. • Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.

    • Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers. • Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education.

    • Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards.

    • 2-3 years of Sales Experience in retail - preferably experienced with membership and package sales
