HealthFitness has great opportunities for as-needed (# of hours depends on demand) GROUP EXERCISE INSTRUCTORS at our client site located in Lake Forest, IL.  In this position you will provide fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as dance, kickboxing, step, HIIT, boot camp, and circuit. *YOU WILL BEGIN YOUR ROLE WORKING FROM A HOME OFFICE, AND THEN AT A LATER DATE TRANSITION TO IN-PERSON AND/OR VIRTUAL  INSTRUCTION ON-SITE.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NETA or other nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
• 1+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to lead classes virtually and in-person.
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination is a condition of employment.
