PATH’s Digital Square Team works to improve global health by supporting the implementation of an integrated digital health system in DRC and support of global health priorities and evidence-based policies among policymakers, coalitions and other influential individuals and groups. The project is funded by USAID in various countries and including the Democratic Republic of Congo.
PATH seeks to recruit a highly motived individual for a full time Program Officer position to coordinate the Digital Square project activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This position will work in collaboration with the Technical Program Manager to support Digital Square initiatives in the implementation of the agenda of strengthening the capacity of the ANICiiS through the Ministry of Public Health, Hygiene et Prevention and the development of the costed investment roadmap for the digitalization of the DRC health system.

Manage Partnerships:
Manage strategic partnerships within the global digital and national team, including vendors, subawards, and contracts.
Expand and complement PATH expertise through work with partners.
Lead technology vendor relationship management including expectation setting, establishing specifications and requirements, and holding vendors and partners accountable to timelines and deliverables.
Knowledge management:
Facilitate knowledge management and collaboration among global and country staff including developing, documenting, and disseminating lessons learned, best practices, and case studies.
Contribute to ongoing improvement and dissemination of PATH’s work by cultivating an understanding of stakeholders and staying up to date about significant initiatives for digital solutions in global health.
Provide review and quality assurance for documents and technical deliverables.
