    Prosperity Bank is seeking to fill the position of Treasury Management Sales Officer at the OKC, Expressway banking center.

     

      

    The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for marketing, selling, and supporting Cash Management products and services for business customers. The Sales Officer will work closely with the Lenders/Lobby Manager/Relationship Managers and Banking Centers to enhance and increase current business customer relationships and cultivate new relationships and growth for cash management products and product revenue. The Treasury Management Sales Officer essential functions and duties will be to: Market and sell Treasury Management products and services, including but not limited to lockbox, online banking, remote deposit capture, ACH, sweeps and ZBA’s, positive pay fraud prevention services, and account reconciliation. This position is responsible for understanding and explaining all aspects of these products and services to customers; Work with Lenders/Relationship Managers to develop a call plan for existing business customers with potential for cash management products and services.  Organize annual top customer relationship review plan to inform customers or market about new products and services and to offer ideas on possible efficiencies and value to business; Identify and develop plans for prospect calls to increase treasury management services and revenue. Develop and maintain a customer and prospect sales pipeline. Responsible for new sales and revenue growth of Treasury customers; Responsible for developing proposals, responding to prospect/customer bids and customer pricing analysis; Resolves Treasury Management customer issues, questions and assists with resolution of issues; Consults and identifies customer needs and refers customer opportunities to other business partners within Prosperity. Is a strong business partner to other banking associates within their market; Review treasury management customer relationships, revenue generated and revenue and product potential; This position requires attention to special projects, as well as customer product risk reviews; Work closely with product support and Treasury support teams; Travel to Banking Centers and customer locations is required; and perform other related responsibilities and projects as required or assigned.

    Preferred-Some College or College Degree.

    Working knowledge of banking and Treasury Management products.

    One plus years banking experience or four plus years equivalent working experience in banking or Treasury Management.
