    POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for all aspects of the full recruitment lifecycle including but not limited to; postings, sourcing, screening and collaborating with hiring managers to gain an understanding of talent needs in order to attract a quality applicant pool to meet the organization's needs. As a subject matter expert in talent acquisitions, the TA Partner will function as a consultant using their expertise in labor market data, talent data analytics in order to drive successful outcomes.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • In collaboration with the TA team, supports the development, implementation and maintenance of TA practices in alignment with the overall strategy
    • Use various talent acquisition methods and resources to attract qualified, active and passive candidates and develops pipelines vacancies, hard-to-fill roles, and high-volume roles
    • Support hiring managers with screening, scheduling interviews and interview tools
    • Identifies and recommends channels for internal and external advertising of openings and stays up to date on labor market trends
    • Prepares offers of employment, conducts internal equity assessment to provide compensation recommendations to be approved by TA Manager, ensuring a fair and consistent compensation setting method
    • Extend and negotiates offers of employment and escalates to TA Manager as needed
    • Manages all TA workflow processes to ensure standard work, efficiency and positive experiences for managers, candidates and other stakeholders
    • Ensure accurate and complete documentation is maintained concerning all phases of the recruitment process, and is in compliance with state and federal laws, contractual obligations, and university guidelines.
    • Maintains and ensure ATS and other databases and logs are up to date and accurate
    • Develops and maintains reports as needed
    • Uses problem solving and analytical skills to recommend improvements including identification of issues related to offer declinations, low candidate volume, employee turnover, program improvement and process improvements to maximize efficiency
    • Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and CHAP human resources regulatory requirements and that consistent procedures and policies are handled in accordance with applicable law and regulations
    • In partnership with the TA Manager, uses talent data analytics to problem solve and offer solutions
    • Maintains position control charts and regularly meets with managers to ensure awareness of staffing needs and priorities
    • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Participates and collaborates on process improvement initiatives and department projects as needed
    • Supports and provide training to the other members of the TA team as needed
    • Works with vendors such as external staffing agencies 
    • Works collaboratively and cross functionally with various stakeholders across the organization 
    • Promotes and fosters and positive employee environment

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field desired
    • Three (3) years of relevant talent acquisition/recruitment experience preferably in a healthcare setting required 
    • Strong knowledge of successful recruitment methodologies and tactics
    • Experience leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and other social media such as Facebook and Instagram
    • Strong technical skills such as ATS system management, Excel, Google Docs and PowerPoint
    • Demonstrates good verbal and written communication
