    HEALTHFLEX HOME HEALTH SERVICES is actively seeking an a HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR for our OAKLAND OFFICE. By joining our team, you will assist in the coordination of patient care to help ensure that our community will get the quality home health care they need to improve their quality of life and well-being, one person at a time.

    SUMMARY OF JOB: Responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support general HR administrative functions to include reporting, processing, tracking and general employee requests for assistance
    • Onboarding all new hires and ensuring all required docs have been submitted prior to start date
    • Assists with the coordination of New Employee Orientation
    • File audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
    • Coordinate the maintenance, recording, preparation and reporting of data related to employee information
    • Helps maintain accurate employee records
    • Review all employee forms for completeness, accuracy, timing, and conformity to policy guidelines. 
    • Supports various HR initiatives
    • Works on special projects as assigned by HR Management
    • Provide general clerical support 
    • Must be able to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ years experience in Administrative Support, Human Resources Support preferred
    • Experience in home health/healthcare preferred
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
    • Displays a positive and professional manner with all interactions
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with little or no direction
    • Organized with ability to prioritize work and multitask in a busy environment
    • Goal oriented, proactive and takes initiative
    • Team player
    • Exercise of good judgment and confidentiality handling sensitive information and documents 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
