     JOB DESCRIPTION


    Fieldprint call center representatives take incoming calls from customers and clients relating to our electronic fingerprinting and identity management services.  Occasional light travel opportunities for mass fingerprint collection may be available. 

    This is a full time position and the available shift is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday. 

    This is a temporarily remote position due to COVID-19.

      

    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Receive incoming calls regarding fingerprinting requests
    • Determine locations via phone/computer for fingerprint collection
    • Follow up with fingerprinting site vendors to obtain all related documentation
    • Prepare and send welcome packets to new clients
    • Process fingerprints and channel to the appropriate agency
    • Monitor and maintain call center telephone line

      

    REQUIRED SKILLS


    • Excellent phone, computer, and administrative skills
    • Must have a professional and positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
    • Excellent customer service skills required

       

    EDUCATION


    The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.

    DUTIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Walk, bend, reach, stand, push, pull, stoop, squat, grasp and lift up to 65 lbs to accomplish the following work
    • Order parts and supplies in accordance to stocking levels and maintenance needs, following corporate purchasing guidelines
    • Generate, receive and purchase orders and invoices on purchases
    • Adjust stocking levels to meet demands
    • Counts, sorts or weighs incoming orders to verify receipt
    • Set up and perform inventory measurements at company mandated intervals
    • Process shop paperwork and mailing in a timely manner
    • Closes and files preventative and corrective work orders
    • Regular, sustained attendance
    • Other duties as assigned.
