    Job Description

    We are seeking a Fronter/ Call Center Representative to join our team with intention to train into a Sales closer/Licensed Health Insurance Agent!

    SUMMARY OF POSITION: As a Fronter you will be responsible for qualifying warm leads. In this role, you'll contribute to the early stages of the sales process, including reaching out to and qualifying potential prospects via phone.

    We provide detailed onsite paid training at our Fort Lauderdale office.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct sales-related conversations with leads (customers) in a call center environment

    • Place high volume of outbound calls as well as receive inbound calls

    • Gather/verify contact and other information from potential customers, enter and maintain accurate data in the system.

    • Ensure proper documentation of all prospects and related follow-up activity via our proprietary system.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • High School diploma or equivalent a must

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confident phone presence.

    • Proficient with computers and the Internet.

    • Self-motivated, passionate about providing superior customer service with prospective customers.

    • Ability to work in a goal-driven and measured performance environment.

    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

    • Must be available to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

    • Ability to multitask, navigate multiple electronic systems, and learn new processes and products.

    • Critical thinking, problem-solving and good judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

    • Outstanding attention to detail and follows through.

    • Able to work harmoniously in a team environment.

     

    HOURS OF OPERATION:

    • Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

    Extended hours may be offered/required during Open Enrollment or Special Enrollment periods.
