    HealthTECH is seeking an Epic Data Courier Analyst for a 100% remote short-term contract position at a premier healthcare organization on the West Coast. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with possibility of extension.

    EPIC DATA COURIER ANALYST PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide technical expertise on Epic Data Courier and Content Management, managing all technical aspects of Epic Data Courier, including Security, CID Mapping, INI and Item Protection, DC Environment setup management, Interfaces.
    • Audit Data Courier processes to ensure proper usage.
    • Maintain Content Management processes and educate Analysts on usage.
    • Ensure that Data Courier Nova Notes are reviewed, and build is completed.
    • Assist with Epic UserWeb Application Administration, Sherlock Administration, Release Authorization (RA) Management, User Security, System Updates (SU) request process design and maintenance, Nova Administration.
    • Assist the team responsible for Epic Environment Management.
    • Perform Masterfile Audit Setup and batch job management and monitoring.
    • Provide mentoring and troubleshooting to the Analyst community.

    EPIC DATA COURIER ANALYST KEY QUALIFICATIONS

    • Current Epic Data Courier certification and a minimum of 2 years Epic Data Courier experience required. This is the most important qualification, without which we cannot consider your application.
    • Experience with Epic UserWeb Administration.
    • Experience with Epic Security and Release Environment.
    • Experience providing mentoring and troubleshooting to other Analysts.
    • Experience working as a client-facing project lead in the healthcare industry with a proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and optimization of their EHR systems.
