    Position Overview

    We are seeking a strategic and analytical Operations & AI-Driven Specialist who thrives in complexity and gets excited about building smarter, faster systems. This hybrid role is ideal for someone passionate about using AI to unlock operational efficiency and accelerate sales performance in a healthcare tech environment.

    This role is approximately 80% focused on business and operational excellence , and 20% on AI-powered sales operations. You will be a key player in optimizing processes, tracking key KPIs, automating workflows, and bringing actionable insights to life through data and AI-driven tools.

    Key Responsibilities

    Business and Operational Excellence (80%)

    • AI Integration in Ops: Design and deploy AI tools to automate scheduling, routing, and resource planning.

    • Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable, AI-informed solutions.

    • KPI Tracking & Reporting: Develop performance dashboards and real-time analytics to support decision-making.

    • Logistics Management: Oversee scheduling, provider allocation, and service delivery to ensure operational continuity.

    • Operational Forecasting: Use historical data and predictive analytics to improve planning and reduce inefficiencies.

    Sales and AI-Enabled Growth (20%)

    • CRM Ownership (e.g., HubSpot): Maintain CRM integrity, build automation workflows, and provide performance reports.

    • AI-Driven Lead Gen: Manage AI-based prospecting and scoring tools to optimize pipeline efficiency and lead quality.

    • Sales Funnel Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and deal velocity.

    • Campaign Intelligence: Collaborate with Marketing to measure campaign success and refine outreach strategies.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as a bridge between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product , ensuring alignment across AI and data initiatives.

    • Communicate operational insights and AI findings clearly to leadership for strategic planning.

    • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

    Requirements

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field.

    • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or sales ops—preferably within a tech or healthcare startup.

    • Demonstrated experience managing CRMs and building operational processes at scale.

    • Must be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan, NY, NY.

    AI & Technical Skills

    • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Salesforce Einstein, or similar AI-enabled platforms).

    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make it actionable.

    • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; bonus for experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

    • Proven ability to introduce automation and intelligent workflows into day-to-day operations.

    • Must be able to reliably commute to Midtown Manhattan NY, NY.
