We are seeking an experienced and driven Accountant to join a rapidly expanding healthcare company in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working closely with leadership, managing budgets, improving financial processes, and contributing to strategic growth.

What You'll Do

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

Monitor organizational spending and provide budget analysis.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Support leadership with financial insights and recommendations.

Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.

Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, controls, and efficiencies.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all financial activities.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of accounting experience.

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (required).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

CPA designation or CPA track is preferred but not required.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with leadership.
