    Healthcare Administrative Coordinator Hudson, MA | 32 hours/week | On-site | $32/hour Essential Insights Counseling Center is looking for a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator to help keep our practice running smoothly and support the clients and clinicians we serve each day. This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, follows through reliably, and takes pride in helping a busy office feel calm, efficient, and well-supported. You will be an important part of the day-to-day functioning of the practice, supporting client communication, scheduling, insurance, and billing tasks, office organization, and the systems that help our team do their best work. Depending on the day, you may be helping a client by phone, organizing intake paperwork, supporting billing workflows, following up on a task that needs closure, or helping the office stay organized and stocked. Responsibilities include: • Manage phone, voicemail, email, and client communication. • Coordinate scheduling, intake paperwork, and accurate EHR records. • Verify insurance benefits and support claims, billing, and follow-up in collaboration with the biller. • Assist with clinician credentialing and client balance follow-up. • Support payroll, office management, and supply ordering. • Help improve administrative systems and workflows for efficiency and consistency. • Maintain confidentiality, attend required meetings and trainings, and provide general administrative support as needed. Qualifications: • Previous administrative experience required. • Experience in a healthcare, medical, or mental health setting strongly preferred. • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Familiarity with insurance verification, claims, and billing procedures is a plus. Compensation: $32 per hour
