Our client’s nationally recognized health care practice is seeking a senior-level associate to advise health care providers on regulatory matters. The role also includes operational and corporate work for a range of provider types.

The associate will work with a leading health care practice and handle several matters at once. Candidates should have experience at a leading law firm or with a health care provider.

Responsibilities

• Advise health care providers on regulatory matters
• Handle operational and corporate work for providers such as surgery centers, ancillary service providers, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, labs, and long-term care providers
• Manage several tasks at once and meet client deadlines

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with strong credentials
• Three to five years of regulatory experience advising health care providers
• Experience with a leading law firm or health care provider
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Licensed in the state of hire
• A plus: operational and corporate experience across different provider types
