    Position Overview

    A fast-growing healthcare services company is seeking a Healthcare Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple healthcare client accounts while driving process improvements across the organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving workflows, and ensuring operational excellence.

    You'll work closely with senior leadership while coordinating with offshore teams to ensure client deliverables are met, operations run efficiently, and scalable processes are implemented across the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations across multiple healthcare client accounts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and service level expectations are consistently achieved.
    • Serve as the primary operational liaison for clients, translating business needs into clear processes and execution plans.
    • Coordinate with offshore teams to manage workflow, priorities, staffing, and deliverables.
    • Oversee workforce operations including onboarding coordination, scheduling, staffing support, and operational policies.
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and operational agreements.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
    • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation.
    • Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and performance dashboards while proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
    • Support the successful onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth operational transitions.
    • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous operational improvement.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of healthcare operations experience.
    • Proven experience managing operations, projects, or multiple client accounts.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and operational processes.
    • Experience coordinating cross-functional or remote teams.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Healthcare BPO or outsourcing experience.
    • Experience with vendor and contract management.
    • Background overseeing workforce operations or people operations.
    • Familiarity with revenue cycle management, clinical operations, home health, pharmacy, utilization management, or healthcare authorizations.
    • Experience using dashboards and operational reporting to drive business decisions
