Job Summary:
The Healthcare Hospitality Valet is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and visitors by managing the parking and retrieval of vehicles, and ensuring a seamless entry and exit experience to our healthcare facility. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients, families, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Assist with the parking of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request, ensuring optimal organization and time management.
- Help patients and visitors with their belongings.
- Provide directions and information about the facility and its services.
- Monitor the parking area for security and safety.
- Collaborate with security and healthcare staff to address any safety or emergency situations as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and parking facilities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with other hospitality services as needed, such as guiding patients to appointments or providing assistance at entrances.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or healthcare services is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or valet services preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and 2 points or less on license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Physical ability to assist patients and visitors as needed.
