    Position: Healthcare Low Voltage Foreman

    Location: Los Angeles / Inland Empire / Orange County

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

    Schedule: Open Availability Required (Must be able to work nights, weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime as required.)

    Pay Range: $38 – $47/HR, Paid Weekly (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

     

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Low Voltage Foreman to oversee the installation, maintenance, and testing of critical healthcare technology systems. This role will lead field technicians and ensure the successful implementation of systems such as nurse call, patient monitoring, and life-safety technologies within healthcare facilities.

    The Foreman will coordinate project schedules, supervise installation teams, and ensure all work complies with healthcare regulations, building codes, and hospital operational standards.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise field technicians on healthcare technology installations.
    • Oversee installation, testing, and maintenance of low-voltage healthcare systems, including nurse call, patient monitoring, and life-safety systems.
    • Coordinate project timelines, materials, and workforce scheduling.
    • Ensure all installations comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and local building codes.
    • Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and system performance.
    • Serve as the primary field point of contact for project coordination and issue resolution.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of experience installing low-voltage systems such as fire alarm, security, or healthcare systems.
    • 5+ years of leadership or foreman experience managing technicians in the field.
    • Strong understanding of low-voltage installation practices and safety standards.
    • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime when required.

     

    Physical Demands & Work Environment:

    • Ability to make repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, daily.
    • Ability to walk, bend, stoop, hear, and speak, daily.
    • Move/Transport items weighing 20 pounds, occasionally.
    • Stand or sit for long periods (4+ hours), daily.
    • Work is performed in an office environment.

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
