Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Marketing & Referral Specialist to develop and manage referral relationships that convert into active clients.
This is a field-based role focused on relationship-building, networking, and referral generation — not social media marketing.
The ideal candidate understands how to navigate the healthcare ecosystem and can confidently build partnerships that drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including:
Hospital discharge planners
Case managers and social workers
Medicaid Waiver Coordinators
Assisted Living & Independent Living communities
Rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities
Physician offices and specialty clinics
Placement agencies and community organizations
Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups
Track and manage referral pipelines
Convert referral relationships into active clients
Represent the agency professionally in the community
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy
Compensation Structure (High-Earning Potential)
Commission-Heavy (Recommended for Closers)
$150 – $300 per qualified lead (that completes assessment)
$300 – $750 per converted client (depending on service level)
Bonus tiers for volume (example):
5+ clients/month = $500 bonus
10+ clients/month = $1,500 bonus
💡 Top performers can realistically earn $4,000 – $10,000+/month
Qualifications
Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or referral development preferred
Strong understanding of the healthcare referral process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation required
