The writer will create content that educates healthcare business owners on market trends, regulatory developments, and valuation impacts, ultimately encouraging them to initiate conversations about selling their businesses.

    Profile Overview

    Client is seeking an experienced writer with expertise at the intersection of healthcare regulation, finance, and mergers & acquisitions. The ideal writer understands how legislative changes, reimbursement trends, and healthcare market dynamics influence valuations and exit timing for healthcare businesses.

    This writer will help produce consistent thought leadership content across multiple channels, including blogs, LinkedIn posts, and marketing communications.

    Scope

    • Commitment: ~5 hours per week (approx. 22 hours per month) for 6 months
    • Content cadence (initial target): * 1–2 blog posts per month * 1 LinkedIn thought leadership post per week * Monthly marketing/email newsletter content derived from blog material

    Responsibilities

    • Write thought leadership blog articles focused on healthcare industry insights.
    • Translate complex regulatory and reimbursement developments into actionable insights for healthcare business owners.
    • Create LinkedIn posts derived from blog content to increase engagement and brand visibility.
    • Repurpose blog insights into email newsletter or marketing content.
    • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to gather insights.
    • Develop content that speaks directly to healthcare business owners considering an exit.
    • Integrate clear calls-to-action that encourage readers to begin conversations about selling their businesses.
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects the firm's expertise in healthcare M&A.
    • Support the firm's goal of building industry authority and generating qualified seller leads.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
      • Healthcare industry policy and regulation
      • Healthcare finance or valuation
      • Mergers & acquisitions
      • Private equity or investment advisory
    • Ability to translate complex healthcare legislation or reimbursement changes into clear business insights
    • Experience writing thought leadership content for executive audiences
    • Familiarity with content marketing for lead generation
    • Experience creating LinkedIn B2B content
    • Ability to collaborate directly with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
