Real Hearing is building a team of compassionate, skilled healthcare professionals who want to take their patient-care experience into audiology and hearing health. We’re launching a training and licensure program to develop healthcare professionals across the Davenport / Quad Cities / Iowa City region.
You won’t need prior hearing care experience; we’ll teach you everything you need: hearing diagnostics, device fitting, programming, and patient counseling. We cover all training, licensing, and continuing education costs.

What You’ll Learn & Do
During Training:
Assist with patient flow and care in an audiology/clinic setting
Learn to conduct hearing evaluations, diagnostic tests, and screenings
Train to take ear impressions, program hearing instruments, and make adjustments
Educate patients and caregivers on hearing wellness and device care
Document care plans, patient records, and follow-up visits
Licensing exam prep
Residing in or willing to relocate to Davenport, Bettendorf, or the surrounding Iowa / Quad Cities area
