Job Summary We are seeking a polished, patient-focused Receptionist to join our growing clinic team. This role is primarily responsible for creating an exceptional front-desk experience while supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced, longevity-focused medical practice.

Primary Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar optimization
Answer phone calls promptly and direct patient inquiries appropriately
Process patient check-out and payments accurately
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
Support smooth daily clinic flow through proactive communication
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front office environment
Administrative Support Responsibilities
Assist with patient intake forms and documentation
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
Support inventory tracking for front office supplies
Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Assist leadership with administrative projects as needed
Preferred Experience
1+ year of experience as a medical assistant or healthcare front desk role
Phlebotomy experience is a plus
Strong customer service background with high patient satisfaction
Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and scheduling with confidence
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional presentation and demeanor
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
