    About the Role

    We are looking for a true delivery consultant to join our team as a full-time Healthcare Recruiter focused exclusively on permanent clinical placements. You will manage searches across multiple specialties and states, working directly with candidates and clients throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

    This is not a business development role, but it is client-facing. You’ll need to bring the savvy, professionalism, and consultative mindset to independently engage with clients, present candidates, manage interviews, and guide the process through to close. You’ll be the face of the search—building relationships with providers and client partners alike, and delivering a high-touch, high-integrity recruitment experience.

    This is a high-impact role for someone who’s still eager to grind, build, and contribute meaningfully inside a growing, mission-driven organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and execute permanent placement searches for clinical roles, including physicians, APPs, and other licensed providers
    • Source, screen, and present candidates directly to clients, providing market insights and strategic counsel throughout
    • Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and candidates—understanding motivators, decision-making factors, and career goals
    • Communicate directly with clients to align on search strategy, present candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback
    • Lead the full interview, offer, and closing process with professionalism and urgency
    • Provide a white-glove experience to both clients and candidates throughout each engagement
    • Accurately document search progress and communication in our ATS (Crelate experience is a plus)
    • Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on results, transparency, and excellence

    Who You Are

    • 3+ years of clinical healthcare recruiting experience
    • Deep familiarity with clinical specialties, provider credentials, and the dynamics of candidate motivation
    • Confident and professional in client-facing communication, with experience managing searches independently
    • Experience in both third-party agency and in-house settings is preferred
    • Self-motivated and highly accountable—able to manage competing priorities and move searches forward with pace
    • Skilled relationship-builder who brings curiosity, authenticity, and trust to every interaction
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy with strong follow-through
