We are looking to fill the position of Clinical Trainer at our Community Mental Health Center (CMHC).

In this role, you will:
Be responsible for creating and delivering training to the nursing team, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality knowledge and skills. The Clinical Trainer will also assess instructional effectiveness via regular classroom observations and end-of-class evaluations. The Clinical Trainer will also work with all internal stakeholders to ensure care and services are delivered effectively across the region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Stay abreast of evidence-based practices for the agency's most commonly treated behavioral health conditions.
Develop train-the-trainer competence in key evidence-based practices, with recertification as required.
Plan and implement routine training for all appropriate personnel in the agency.
Responsible for creating training materials, including but not limited to, user manuals, tip sheets, workflows, recorded training videos, etc.
Responsible for assessing and developing refresher and/or tutorial support as necessary
Ensure all required evidence-based practices are completed within 60 days of hire.
Works with Human Resource team to track expirations and deliver refreshers prior to expiration.
Facilitates and serves as a change agent for the initiation of, implementation of, and revising of policies, procedures, and regulations.
Work with leaders to implement and maintain performance culture.
