    In this role, you will:

    Be responsible for creating and delivering training to the nursing team, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality knowledge and skills. The Clinical Trainer will also assess instructional effectiveness via regular classroom observations and end-of-class evaluations. The Clinical Trainer will also work with all internal stakeholders to ensure care and services are delivered effectively across the region.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Stay abreast of evidence-based practices for the agency's most commonly treated behavioral health conditions.

    • Develop train-the-trainer competence in key evidence-based practices, with recertification as required.

    • Plan and implement routine training for all appropriate personnel in the agency.

    • Responsible for creating training materials, including but not limited to, user manuals, tip sheets, workflows, recorded training videos, etc.

    • Responsible for assessing and developing refresher and/or tutorial support as necessary

    • Ensure all required evidence-based practices are completed within 60 days of hire.

    • Works with Human Resource team to track expirations and deliver refreshers prior to expiration.

    • Facilitates and serves as a change agent for the initiation of, implementation of, and revising of policies, procedures, and regulations.

    • Work with leaders to implement and maintain performance culture.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Fully COVID vaccinated.
    • Hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in GA
    • Graduate from a nationally or state-approved School of Nursing program with a Bachelor's degree or higher
    • 3 or more years of experience in behavioral health nursing
    • Demonstrated ability to train and coach others in a professional and supportive manner
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
    • Acceptable references
    • Experience working as an educator and/or coach preferred
