CHNS is looking for a reliable and experienced Healthcare Agency Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing day-to-day healthcare agency operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring process for caregivers, CNAs, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Handle scheduling and staff coordination
- Process payroll and monitor employee attendance/timekeeping
- Maintain employee records and compliance documents
- Assist with HR tasks, disciplinary actions, and staff performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies
- Communicate with clients, staff, and management professionally
- Monitor staffing needs and ensure shifts are properly covered
- Support business operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Help improve hiring strategies and employee retention
Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare staffing, HR, recruitment, or management preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll, scheduling, and employee management
- Familiarity with healthcare operations is a plus
- Computer proficient and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
