_OUTPATIENT CDI CONSULTANT CHICAGO, ILLINOIS _

The Outpatient CDI Consultant has prior experience with outpatient documentation, coding, and/or charging experience integrated with the knowledge and experience of teaming with various hospital stakeholders to improve processes, measurement tools, and resources for the accurate capture of Outpatient revenue and compliance with industry rules and regulations. The Outpatient CDI Consultant is involved in the overall client interaction and satisfaction. The Outpatient CDI Consultant partners with clients in all phases of Outpatient CDI and Charging engagements to assist them to succeed and participate in multiple engagements with strong teamwork and time management required. The Outpatient CDI Consultant must have deep understanding and contributions in the area of outpatient documentation, coding, and/or charging.

_QUALIFICATIONS: _

• Registered Nurse required
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Arts degree required
• Consulting experience in a professional service setting or provider healthcare setting with focus on Outpatient documentation, coding, and/or charging experience preferred
• Experience in CDM (Charge Master Data) and revenue integrity strongly preferred
