Job Description

We are a SaaS company that provides software to medical and dental offices around the country. Our Customer Service Department has gone remote and we need Super Phone reps to help us serve our customers! This is a phone heavy position.

Full time 7-5 pm, Monday through Friday. Base Compensation Range up to $15 per hour.

YOU -

• Comfortable on the phone
• MUST LIVE WITHIN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE OF LOS ALAMITOS CA.
• PREVIOUS JOB STABILITY - AT LEAST 3-YEARS AT ONE COMPANY
• Excellent Phone skills
• AT LEAST 1-YEAR EXPERIENCE PROVIDING PHONE BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A CALL CENTER LIKE ENVIRONMENT.
• Punctual and Professional!
• DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED!
