100% Remote! Software Support Rep Customer Service - Great Company!
Job Description
This position is within our Software Support department. You will be offering first-class software support to our roster of clients (mostly medical/dental offices). You'll be trained in our products, but prior experience offering phone-based software support is required. Install or assists service personnel in the installation of software and Dentifi. You will assist clients with technical support, enrollment, and apply the need for problem-solving skills when needed. You will make outbound calls to client offices and vendors, and take inbound calls from our dental office clients.
Full time 7a-5pm, Monday through Friday. 100% remote. Base Compensation Range: $17-$18 per hour + pathway for advancement.
