Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Solutions Specialist to join our team and play a key role in driving growth and operations . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience engaging with doctor clinics, medical offices, and healthcare facilities, and a strong understanding of insurance claim workflows.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with clinics, physicians, and healthcare providers to onboard

Educate healthcare providers on services, equipment usage, patient onboarding, and reimbursement benefits

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth setup and support for medical practices

Navigate and manage insurance claims processing, coding, and billing related to services

Identify growth opportunities within the healthcare network and provide strategic feedback

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards

Qualifications:

2–5 years experience working in or with doctor clinics, hospitals, or healthcare service providers

Prior experience with Monitoring programs, equipment, or telehealth systems

Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance claim workflows (CPT codes, billing procedures, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and travel locally or to other states to healthcare facilities if needed

Preferred:

Experience with CMS RPM reimbursement policies

Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare software tools

Background in healthcare sales, account management, or medical device coordination
