(HSP) is a leader in Long Term Temporary Staffing and Permanent Hire Recruiting and focuses on providing Clinical, IT, Financial and Administrative staff to private Hospitals, Government Organizations, and Fortune 1000 Companies. We have an immediate need to grow our recruiting team and are looking for the right candidate to fill the spot and represent our business. Previous recruiting or sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train high-energy, results-driven, and motivated individuals that possess excellent oral and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, and a desire to succeed. JOB DESCRIPTION: -Use state of the art technology and one’s own creative techniques to network with and find ideal candidates for job orders that need to be filled. -Gather and organize documents that are required for candidate submittal and review and follow up to ensure that they are received on time. -Prioritize job orders based on needs and submission deadlines to maximize success. -Obtain quota objectives assigned by management associated with call volume, candidate submissions, and successful candidate job starts. -Act as an advocate for both the client and candidate through the hiring process and communicate frequently with both to remove any obstacles or delays. -Work with a sense of urgency and commitment to achieve objectives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Outstanding oral and written communication skills a must. -Excellent on the phones making up to 100 calls per day and documenting activity in our customer relationship management system. -Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks at once under strict deadlines. -Comfortable with technology and proficient with the suite of Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word. -Familiarity with LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Career Builder, and other job boards a plus. -Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Health Science or Business Degree) COMPENSATION:

    • Base Salary plus Commission and Bonuses based on experience and placement results. -On target earnings are driven by performance. Estimated compensation including commission and bonuses is between $30K to $100K for the first year with no cap on earnings. -Health, Vision, and Dental benefits provided after 3 months and 401k after the first year of employment
