    Job Description

    Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Health Program Analyst III (HPA III)- Special Populations OPS Team. The HPA III will generate, edit and manage a large volume of documents related to the PEH population (persons experiencing homelessness). The candidate will schedule and facilitate high level leadership meetings and track the work of 3 complex COVID response teams (PEH, Education Sector and Jails/Probation)

    The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 2/22/2022 with potential renewal.

     

    PAY RATE-

    $59.27/hr working 40 hours a week

     

    BENEFITS:

    HEALTHCARE

    Employer Fully Funded Healthcare (Anthem Blue Cross), Dental and Vision, Life Insurance from Initial Start Date.

     

    SHIFTS: M-F (100% TELEWORK)

    Schedule will be M-F roughly 8:30-5 – possibly occasional OT

     

    JOB DUTIES

    ·       generate, edit, and manage a large volume of documents related to the PEH population (persons experiencing homelessness)

    ·       Schedule and facilitate high level leadership meetings

    ·       Track the work of 3 complex COVID response teams (PEH, Education Sector and Jails/Probation)

    ·       Coordination of outbreaks within the special population teams

    ·       Ideal candidate would be knowledgeable about COVID response work, public health, and have expertise working with or developing policies for the PEH population.

    ·       Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills are a must.

    ·       Ability to manage many complex projects simultaneously.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    •           A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in either public health administration, epidemiology, public health statistics, public health microbiology or communicable disease control -and- five years of experience in the analysis of mental health or public health programs. A master's degree from an accredited college or university in either public health administration, epidemiology, public health statistics, public health microbiology or communicable disease control may be substituted for one year of the required experience; and

     

    DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

    •           Windows-based laptop or desktop device, with a speaker and mic;

    •           Reliable Wi-fi/internet access;

    •           Strong knowledge of public health disease surveillance; and

    •           Strong knowledge of data system Quality Assurance (QA) development.
