    Job Description

    Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for an Administrative/ Operations Analyst to provide services for a LA County Run Program focused on reducing the number of violence-related trauma visits, injuries, and deaths in LA County. Administrative/ Operations Analyst will provide administrative and operation support services for the program including analyzing and making recommendations to troubleshoot various operation and administrative problems. Responsibilities include budget and contract analysis and management, vendor support and ensuring that business and administrative practices are aligned with the overall programs goals and objectives. The program is funded for an initial 2-year period and the position will start upon acceptance and completion of the employee application and screening. PAY RATE- $6,200 per month (Salary, Working a minimum of 40 hours a week) BENEFITS: Holiday days Sick days (accrued) Vacation days (accrued) COMPANY FUNDED HEALTHCARE Healthcare (anthem blue cross), Dental, Vision and life insurance SHIFTS: VARIABLE START TIME Employee will be working a minimum of 8 hours a day, from 7AM TO 7PM MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Public Administration from an accredited college or university and three years of experience providing highly complex administrative support; and A valid California driver’s license, proof of vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or ability to utilize an alternative method of transportation DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS -Computer literate and skilled in use of MS Windows-based programs,including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); -Ability to maintain important records and demonstrate interpersonal communication, planning, and organizational skills; -Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary professionals and partners, both internally and externally; -Ability to manage multiple project demands and deadlines; -Ability to work in a profession manner; and -Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of documents and information.
