Job Description

Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for 2 Research Data Analyst to provide services for a State Run Program designed to support the positive health and development and well-being of eligible pregnant and parenting women, families and infants born into poverty in an effort to improve the likelihood that they will exit poverty. The program is funded until 7/31/2021 with possibility of renewal. Positions will start upon competition of acceptance and completion of the employee application.

PAY RATE-

$5063 per month (Salary, Working a minimum of 40 hours a week)

BENEFITS:

SHIFTS: VARIABLE START TIME

Employee will be working a minimum of 8 hours a day, from 7AM TO 7PM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Master’s degree with a specialization in a field of behavioral or social sciences and one (1) year’s post master’s research experience in the design, evaluation, and implementation of research projects in a behavioral or social science field - OR - a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with a specialization in a field of behavioral or social science and any combination of relevant education and/or research experience totaling five (5) years.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class C California Driver’s License
• Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher, Excel, and similar programs
• Experience in the design, conduct, and evaluation of epidemiologic studies
• Experience in mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative designs
• Experience in data entry, cleaning, and management of complex data
• Experience in authoring manuscripts or other publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Experience in data analysis
• having worked with data in a public health , social services, or related setting
