    Job Summary Qualicare Homecare Denver is hiring a Healthcare Supervisor (RN or Licensed Healthcare Professional) to lead care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality home care services for our clients.

    This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking to step into a leadership role in the home health / home care industry.

    Responsibilities

    Clinical Supervisor / RN Duties

    Oversee home care services to ensure quality, safety, and compliance

    Develop and manage care plans for clients

    Perform client assessments and reassessments

    Ensure proper clinical documentation and compliance

    Care Coordination

    Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and families

    Manage hospital-to-home transitions and referrals

    Ensure continuity of care and positive client outcomes

    Team Leadership

    Supervise and support caregivers and healthcare staff

    Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training

    Assign staff based on client needs and skill level

    Provide coaching and performance management

    Quality Assurance

    Ensure compliance with Colorado home care regulations

    Maintain readiness for audits and surveys

    Monitor and improve service quality

    Qualifications

    Registered Nurse (RN) OR licensed healthcare professional (as permitted by Colorado regulations)

    Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience, including: at least 1 year in home care or a closely related field

    Experience as a Nurse Supervisor, Clinical Manager, or Care Coordinator preferred

    Current licensure in good standing

    Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively
